General terms and conditions

Things to know about your vacation

Arrival & departure:

On the day of departure we will put the room at your disposal until 10.00 am. Check in from 14:00.
Deposit: In case of fixed reservation we ask you to transfer a deposit of 50% within 10 days to our account.

Regulation in case of cancellation:

Up to 3 months before arrival: No cancellation fees
3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total cost
1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total cost
In the last week: 90% of the total cost
Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance for this case. For this we recommend the Europäische Reiseversicherung (your insurance advisor will be happy to advise you).

Smoking:

We would like to point out that smoking is not allowed in our rooms.You are welcome to smoke on the balcony.

Discounts

Reduction for children on request (only in parents’ room)

Surcharges

Short-term surcharge for less than three days stay per pers. per night Euro 15,00. Single room supplement per night Euro 10,00 – 15,00.
Dog Euro 10,00 per day without food.

Included services

Rooms: per person per day with breakfast (rich breakfast buffet), except July and August breakfast only available on request, including taxes, excluding local taxes.

Apartment: per day (without breakfast), taxes included, local taxes excluded.

The final cleaning is to be paid only once.

Our wellness area is included in the price for you in winter on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.

Summer only possible on request. May incur additional costs.

Cleaning of the rooms:
Please note that the rooms are not tidied or cleaned on Sundays. Thank you for your understanding.
